AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, attending an event, or using any Just Heal Experience services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Just Heal Experience provides wellness-focused live event programming, including keynote presentations, panel discussions, breakout sessions, community engagement, and related services. Our services may be offered in-person, online, or in hybrid formats depending on the event.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to attend or participate unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific event. By registering, you confirm that you meet eligibility requirements.

TICKETS, PRICING, AND ACCESS
Ticket types, pricing, and what is included with each ticket are described at the point of purchase. Ticket benefits are non-transferable unless allowed in writing by Just Heal Experience. We reserve the right to deny entry if a ticket is invalid, altered, duplicated, or transferred without permission.

REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may request a ticket transfer or credit for a future event; approval is at our discretion. Transaction fees may be non-refundable.

EVENT CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT, OR CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue, speakers, format, programming, or session availability. If an event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we may offer a transfer, credit, or refund at our discretion depending on operational constraints.

PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
All attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff, speakers, and other attendees. Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow venue rules may result in removal from the event without refund. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone to maintain a safe environment.

WELLNESS DISCLAIMER
Just Heal Experience programming is educational and community-based and is not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, counseling, or crisis services. Participation does not create a therapist-client relationship. If you are in crisis or need immediate help, contact emergency services in your area immediately.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By attending and participating, you acknowledge that live events and wellness discussions may involve emotional topics, group interaction, and voluntary participation activities. You assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to emotional distress, personal injury, or loss of personal property.

MEDIA RELEASE AND RECORDINGS
Events may be recorded, photographed, or livestreamed. By attending, you grant Just Heal Experience permission to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, video, and audio recordings for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes unless you submit a written opt-out request before the event. Unauthorized recording of sessions may be prohibited.

VENDORS
Vendors participating in Just Heal Experience events must comply with venue policies, event rules, applicable laws, and all operational instructions. We reserve the right to remove vendors who violate policies or behave unprofessionally. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a vendor agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content related to Just Heal Experience, including branding, logos, program design, written materials, session outlines, and media, is owned by Just Heal Experience or licensed partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Heal Experience and its team, partners, volunteers, speakers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation, attendance, or use of services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just Heal Experience and its affiliates, staff, volunteers, partners, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your actions, conduct, breach of these Terms, or misuse of our services.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.

SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any posted event rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Heal Experience regarding your participation and use of our services.

This is a brief description of the types of message users can expect upon opting in.

1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

2. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to {support email address or toll-free number}.

3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
