DR. JAY BARNETT

Dr. Jay Barnett is an author, speaker, and respected mental health expert known for helping men navigate emotional wellness through honest conversation and practical insight. A former professional football player, he integrates discipline, lived experience, and clinical understanding to help men confront what they’ve been taught to suppress and build a healthier, more aware mindset.

After witnessing how many men carry pressure, trauma, and unspoken pain while still being expected to show up for everyone else, Dr. Jay committed to creating spaces where men can finally put it down. Through his work in mental health access, youth development, and storytelling, he continues to challenge stigma and equip men with the tools to heal, grow, and move forward with clarity.

Albaner C. Eugene Jr.

Albaner C. Eugene Jr. trains and develops leaders while building faith-centered communities in both church and professional spaces. He is the founder and president of ACEPRODUCTIONS media company and Let’s Move Nonprofit Organization, and he hosts the live show “What’s The Word.”

With a master’s degree in counseling, Albaner is a therapist and clinician with a passion for helping people experience true peace, rest, and relief. He is on a mission to shift narratives and cultures by helping people grow closer to God, invest daily in a meaningful relationship with Him, and cultivate meaningful relationships and memories with others.

NeAndre Broussard

NeAndre Broussard is the founder of Black Menswear and owner of BMCo Menswear — a cultural visionary dedicated to reshaping narratives around Black men through style, storytelling, and community. Since launching Black Menswear in 2017, he has built a global movement that celebrates authenticity, excellence, and connection while creating opportunities for Black creators and entrepreneurs to thrive. With a background spanning branding, experiential marketing, and fashion,

NeAndre continues to merge culture and purpose to inspire positive change. Beyond fashion and media, he is also passionate about financial empowerment, serving as a life insurance advocate committed to helping families build generational security and wealth.

DAVID MANN

David Mann is a beloved actor, producer, director, and multifaceted entertainer whose career spans decades of stage and screen. Widely known for his iconic role as “Mr. Brown” in Tyler Perry’s Meet the Browns and Madea’s Family Reunion, he continues to delight audiences with his humor, heart, and authenticity. Frank E. Brady is an award‑winning poet, educational consultant, and mental health advocate with a relentless commitment to youth development. A former high school teacher and co‑author of Suited for Success, he’s been featured on platforms like BET, The Source, Black Enterprise, and ABC, and has been recognized as a Youth Speaker of the Year nominee and Black Enterprise’s Modern Man of the Year.

From Forbes to Yale University, INROADS to Reebok, Frank leads high‑impact workshops on personal and cultural development, drawing on training from the Transformative Action Institute at Columbia University. Known for his powerful blend of spoken word and dynamic stage presence, his mission is to use his God‑given gifts to inspire and uplift people facing adversity.

Ron Jones is an online strength coach, bodybuilder, and wellness strategist known for his no‑fluff, structure‑driven approach to transformation. With over 20 years of coaching experience, he’s helped men and women at every stage of life rebuild their health through clear plans, accountability, and disciplined execution.

He describes his work as “strength and wellness oversight,” focusing on real‑life context instead of trends. Rooted in the belief that your body is the vehicle for your God‑given assignment, Ron teaches that poor stewardship of your health is not just a fitness issue but a spiritual one—and his mission is to help people stop restarting and finally build sustainable strength and wellness that supports their purpose.
